Job summary

InfraBuild Recycling is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. The role focuses on delivering friendly, professional service, handling general accounts management, training records and maintenance orders. You may backfill the other Customer Service Officer during leave.

You will work in a supportive team with a strong safety culture, with opportunities for promotional progression, quarterly bonuses, and a range of benefits designed to support you at work and beyond.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with multitasking ability.
• Passion for outstanding customer service and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Maintaining an organised, professional and welcoming customer service desk area
