Job description

Be the person who makes great service happen.

At Siemens, we’re helping industries work smarter through innovative automation, digitalisation and industrial technology. Behind every successful service experience is a team of people who care about getting things right - for our customers, our engineers and each other.

We’re looking for a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our Digital Industries Service Execution team. If you genuinely love helping people, thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in going the extra mile, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a vital role in keeping our service operations running smoothly, making sure customer requests are handled efficiently and our service engineers are ready to deliver when it matters most.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries, managing incoming calls and ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful and positive.

  • Keeping things organised by monitoring shared mailboxes, triaging enquiries and directing requests to the right people.

  • Making things happen by raising support requests and creating service and sales orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinating service schedules by booking engineers to customer sites and managing scheduling changes as needed.

  • Setting our engineers up for success by ensuring they have the information, arrangements and site-readiness requirements in place before attending.

  • Going the extra mile to support customers, assist colleagues and help the wider team deliver an outstanding service experience.

What we’re looking for

We’re more interested in your attitude, customer service mindset and willingness to learn than a perfect checklist of experience.

You’ll bring:

  • A genuine passion for customer service and helping people.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a natural instinct to take ownership.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

  • Experience in a corporate environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with a variety of customers and stakeholders.

  • A collaborative mindset - someone who enjoys being part of a team and supporting others.

  • Great attention to detail, particularly when managing requests, orders and schedules.

  • The initiative to look for solutions, anticipate needs and go above and beyond when it counts.

Experience in customer service, service coordination, scheduling, administration or a similar role will be highly regarded. An interest in technology or industrial services is a bonus.

Join a team that genuinely has your back.

You’ll become part of a fantastic, close-knit team that is supportive, caring and deeply committed to doing a great job - for customers and for one another. Collaboration isn’t just something we talk about; it’s how we work.

At Siemens, you’ll also have the opportunity to:

  • Enjoy work-life balance with a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday only - no weekend work.

  • Work flexibly with a hybrid model offering two days in the office and three days working from your home office.

  • Build a meaningful career with opportunities to learn, develop and progress within a global organisation.

  • Keep growing your skills through ongoing training, development and exposure to innovative industrial technology.

  • Make a real difference by helping customers get the support they need and enabling our service engineers to deliver their best.

  • Be part of something bigger by contributing to technology and services that help keep industries operating.

Inclusion and diversity

At Siemens, we believe our differences make us stronger. We’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to be themselves. We welcome people from all backgrounds and experiences who share our passion for collaboration, innovation and making a difference.

Ready to make a difference?

If you’re someone who takes pride in helping others, loves being part of a great team and wants to build a career with a global technology leader, we’d love to hear from you.

Bring your customer-first mindset to Siemens - and help us deliver service that stands out.
