Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a XapCare Partner in Murarrie, QLD, to deliver exceptional customer service and support centre teams. You will be the first point of contact for internal childcare management enquiries, solving day-to-day challenges with a proactive, curious approach.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple systems in a dynamic environment. Hybrid work arrangements and full training are offered to support work/life balance.

• Team player who can work autonomously when required.
• Hold a QLD Blue card or be willing to obtain.
• Reside in South East Queensland with reliable transport.
• Completed National Child Safety Training.

As a XapCare Partner you will be a customer care specialist, playing a pivotal role in solving day to day challenges and empowering our centre teams to focus on what matters most - supporting children and families.

You will:
