ProQuest Recruitment is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join a renowned power tool company in Truganina, near Melbourne. This casual/temporary role offers an immediate start and a 3-6 month assignment with potential extension, Monday–Friday shifts from 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm, and a supportive team within a large-scale recall project.

You will contact end users, coordinate product recalls, update records, and use Excel to track progress while delivering professional,

About the Role

As part of a dedicated customer service team, you will be responsible for contacting end users and coordinating product recall activities.

• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data
• Working with Excel spreadsheets to track progress and outcomes
