About the role

This is an ongoing long-term temporary opportunity within a busy Call Centre / Customer Service environment. The role will involve managing a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email, with approximately 20–50+ calls per day.

Key responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls

Monitor and action enquiries received through the shared inbox

Triage customer calls and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team or area as required

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workloads effectively

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism across all interactions

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

Learn and utilise internal systems and processes, with training provided

About you

Previous customer service and/or call centre experience preferred; however, background is open for the right candidate

Strong SAP experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated and proactive approach

Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills

Comfortable working in a high-volume environment

Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
