Job summary

Lumus Imaging in St Kilda is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, referrers and healthcare professionals. You will help ensure a seamless experience while supporting daily operations.

You will handle patient reports, referrals, queries and feedback with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality, working both independently and with the team in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
