What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Customer Service team, you’ll be one of the first people our customers speak to.

Your day will include:

• Answering inbound customer calls and enquiries
• Helping customers find the right solution for their needs
• Booking and scheduling services
• Responding to website and email enquiries
• Keeping customer and job information accurate in our systems
• Learning about our services so you can confidently assist customers
• Working closely with our Customer Service and Operations teams
• Taking part in ongoing training and development

It’s a busy role, so you’ll need to enjoy talking to people, switching between tasks and keeping things moving.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is naturally friendly, confident and comfortable talking to people
• Has strong customer service skills and knows how to build rapport
