Job summary

Moree Plains Shire Council is seeking a proactive Coordinator Customer Service and Records to lead the Council's Customer Service and Corporate Records functions, drive service excellence and continuous improvement, and deliver customer-focused outcomes across the organisation.

You will build a high-performing team, strengthen information governance, and partner with leaders to deliver efficient services that support the Council's goals and the community of Moree.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading customer service, records management or administrative functions.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.
