Job summary

QTK Group in Brisbane is seeking a Customer Sales Parts Interpreter to join our team. You will assist customers with parts inquiries in person, by phone, and email, and you will upsell and provide accurate parts recommendations to meet their needs.

Join a friendly, supportive team and contribute to stock control, orders, invoices, and payments while building strong relationships with our national branches in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth.

Join Our Team as a Customer Sales Parts Interpreter!

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Sales Parts Interpreter to join our team. In this, customer-focused role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with parts inquiries – in person, via phone, and email
• Upselling and being confident in making sales
• Interpreting parts and components
• Providing support and advice regarding parts
• Processing quotes, sales orders, invoices, and payments
• Managing stock control and purchase orders
• Responsible for inventory control
• Building strong relationships with customers and our national QTK branches in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth

This is a full-time, permanent position (38 hours per week) reporting to the Group Parts Manager. You’ll be joining a friendly team that’s dedicated to supporting you every step of the way!

• Experienced – Customer sales person experience and eager to learn

• Organised – You can manage competing priorities, stay on top of orders and inventory, and keep the parts process running smoothly

• A Team Player – You thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment
