Job summary

Arte Lab is a wholesale wall art company that designs, manufactures and distributes artwork across Australia. The role blends customer service with order administration and day-to-day operational support.

You will work closely with customers, production teams and distribution partners to ensure orders are processed accurately, customers stay informed and operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and administration experience.
• Professional phone manner.
• Excellent written communication.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive and completes tasks.
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.
• Enjoys problem solving and teamwork.
• Experience in order processing, manufacturing, production, wholesale or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Make outbound calls for order updates and follow-ups.
• Process and review customer orders.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules.
• Assist with customer service and warranty claims.
• Coordinate with production team on order timelines.
• Organise and follow up deliveries and freight.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
