Job summary

Logo Line Australia is seeking a proactive Account Manager to ensure orders are processed smoothly within our Logo Line system, coordinating with customers and production to meet delivery timelines and expectations. Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when processing orders, checking product specifications and reviewing artwork.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and artwork preparation. On-the-job training will be provided where required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
• Reliable, proactive and organised, with a strong focus on following up outstanding tasks and communications.
• Team‑oriented and flexible, with a willingness to assist across different areas of the business when required.
• Understanding of promotional product decoration methods, including: Pad printing, Screen printing, Sublimation, Digital printing, Laser engraving, Transfers.
• Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams

Responsibilities

• Check data entry for accuracy against customers PO and Logo Line System/Tencia
• Liaise with customers to ensure delivery dates are met
• Maintain working knowledge of Tencia
• Arrange PP samples when required
• Check artwork for accuracy against customers supplied Artwork and Logo Line Internal Art File
• Maintain a good understanding of Adobe Illustrator and artwork processes
• Provide artwork mock‑ups and proofs to customers
• Maintain inbox and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Monitor and follow up on the task list daily to ensure orders are at the correct status and despatch dates remain current
• Send payment requests for orders
