Ampcontrol in Tomago, NSW, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the centralised Customer Service team based at Head Office in Tomago. You will develop and maintain customer service reports and liaise with customers to support mining, utilities and heavy industries.

You will work in a collaborative team, bringing strong communication, data analysis and ERP/order management experience to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP and/or order management systems.
• Minimum 2 years in sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
