Job summary

Ampcontrol is seeking a Customer Engagement Partner to support the centralised Customer Service team from Head Office in Tomago, developing and maintaining customer service reports and ensuring effective communications with customers across mining, utilities, and heavy industries.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive approach to resolving order-related issues, and the ability to influence based on data analysis.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Business Administration and/or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience with ERP systems and/or order management systems.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales / customer service environment.
• Ability to understand customer order related issues and follow up for resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the centralised Customer Service team with day-to-day communications with customers.
• Develop and maintain customer service reports to support key business areas.
• Consult and influence based on interactions with customers and data analysis.
