We’re looking for an experienced, mature and highly capable person to join our Customer Service & Operations team.
Great customer service to us isn't simply answering an email correctly. It is understanding the person behind it.

Can read between the lines and understand context, not just words
Has strong emotional intelligence and empathy
Communicates naturally, warmly and professionally
Can handle difficult conversations calmly and confidently
Thinks before responding and considers the bigger picture
Is a natural problem solver rather than someone who simply follows a script
Knows when to make a decision and when to ask for help
Is comfortable working across different computer systems and technology
Is organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Takes genuine ownership of the customer experience
Previous experience in a customer-facing role where you have dealt with complex situations, complaints, relationships or problem-solving is highly desirable.
