DFP Recruitment is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to support customers across Australia. This role offers 38 hours per week with a pathway to part-time casual shifts and a hybrid model after training, based in Brisbane CBD.

We're seeking a motivated Customer Experience Coordinator to join a high-performing team supporting customers across Australia. We have 2 positions currently available - 1 x 38 hours per week, the other commencing as 38 hours per week prior to transitioning to part-Time Casual position (15-20 hours per week)
You'll work on a rotating roster between 6:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, providing outstanding customer support while coordinating the end-to-end order process. Following your training period, you'll enjoy a hybrid working arrangement with up to two days per week working from home.
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally while coordinating orders from receipt through to delivery. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
