Job summary

Primo Smallgoods is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team in Sydney. You will process orders, handle enquiries, and support sales and distribution with data entry, pricing updates and stock coordination.

You will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, using MS Office to manage records and communicate effectively in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide effective solutions and manage customer enquiries professionally.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong organisational, communication, problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work as a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and respond to order-related enquiries in a timely manner
• Service existing customers by responding to product and service-related enquiries
• Resolve customer issues by identifying concerns, providing solutions and following through to completion
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and support
• Support Sales teams with customer enquiries, data entry, and claims resolution activities
• Assist Distribution Centre teams with order processing, delivery requirements, and prioritisation requests
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding stock availability and potential shortages
• Maintain customer records, manage pricing updates, and communicate stock shortage impacts to relevant stakeholders
