Genius Pet Products Pty Ltd trading as Collagenie - Yandina QLD is seeking a Customer Service & Operations All Rounder for a permanent part-time role (9am–2pm, Mon–Fri). You’ll be the friendly front line for two brands, handle customer orders, pick/pack, coordinate logistics and keep the office running smoothly.

The role involves a mix of customer service, administration and light warehouse duties, with scope to support marketing, product development and CEO tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and order processing.
• Ability to pack orders accurately and manage office tasks.
• Comfortable handling stock, logistics and general admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Being the friendly, capable front line of customer service across both brands.
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing larger distributor and wholesale orders.
• Helping coordinate distributor requirements, orders and logistics.
• Supporting stock control, inventory and general warehouse organisation.
• Keeping our office and Head Office operations running smoothly.
• General administration, data entry, filing and correspondence.
• Assisting our Operations team wherever an extra pair of capable hands is needed.
• Supporting our Brand & Growth team with marketing activities, events, samples and campaigns.
• Helping our New Product Development team with samples and deliveries.
