Genius Pet Products Pty Ltd trading as Collagenie is hiring a Customer Service & Operations All Rounder for its Yandina office on the Sunshine Coast. This permanent part-time role (9am–2pm, Mon–Fri) offers $32-$35 per hour plus super, depending on experience.

You will handle frontline customer service, pack orders, assist with distributor orders and keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is upbeat, practical and organised, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly front line of customer service across both brands.
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
• Preparing larger distributor and wholesale orders.
• Supporting stock control, inventory and general warehouse organisation.
• General administration, data entry, filing and correspondence.
• Assisting Operations team where extra hands are needed.
• Supporting Brand & Growth with marketing activities, events and campaigns.
• Providing administrative assistance to the CEO when required.

Permanent Part-time (9am – 2pm Monday - Friday) | Yandina, Sunshine Coast

At Organic Collagen Australia, we've pioneered Australia's Certified Organic collagen category and are already taking our products from Australia to customers around the world.

At Genius Pet Products, we're building Collagenie – the world's first Certified Organic collagen peptides for pets – as we expand across Australia and international markets.

We're a small, fast-moving team with big ambitions.

That means there aren't layers of people, departments and red tape. We work together, share ideas, solve problems and pitch in when something needs doing.

Why this role is different

You’ll sit right at the heart of our day-to-day business, working across Organic Collagen Australia and Genius Pet Products.

One minute you might be helping a customer with an order. The next you'll be picking and packing products for one of our distributors. Then you might be organising something for the office, helping Marketing prepare for a campaign, assisting Product Development with samples, or helping our CEO pull something together.

We need someone who enjoys variety and genuinely likes being useful.

You won’t hear “that’s not in my job description” very often around here.

You’ll be involved in…

• Being the friendly, capable front line of customer service across both brands
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing larger distributor and wholesale orders
• Helping coordinate distributor requirements, orders and logistics
• Supporting stock control, inventory and general warehouse organisation
• Keeping our office and Head Office operations running smoothly
• General administration, data entry, filing and correspondence
• Assisting our Operations team wherever an extra pair of capable hands is needed
• Supporting our Brand & Growth team with marketing activities, events, samples, PR packs and campaigns
• Helping our New Product Development team with samples, products, deliveries and general coordination
• Providing practical administrative assistance to the CEO when required
• Jumping in on those random jobs that inevitably appear when you're part of a growing business!

We're looking for someone with some life experience behind them who knows how to communicate with people, solve everyday problems and work things out without needing constant direction.

Because this role includes picking and packing orders, you'll need to be physically fit and comfortable regularly moving and lifting boxes as part of your working day.

• FMCG, supplements, wellness or pet products

Hours that work around life

This is a Permanent Part-Time position based at our Head Office in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast, ideally working approximately:

9:00am – 2:00pm Monday to Friday
