Job summary

Supagas is hiring a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Western Australia. You will be the first point of contact for LPG and Bulk Commercial & Domestic customers, handling order processing, payments, account reconciliation, pricing and administration with a professional, customer-first approach.

This office-based role runs 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and requires the ability to multi-task across several programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in an inbound call centre environment handling high call volumes.
• Clear and professional telephone communication with customers, stakeholders and staff.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Teams.
• Office-based role with 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM hours.
• Ability to multi-task across programs and platforms.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and team collaboration.
• Resilience and time management skills.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Supagas is welcoming applications for full time Customer Service Officer's to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing LPG & Bulk Commercial & Domestic customers, providing professional and friendly support. Specifically, you’ll handle activities such as order processing, payment management, account reconciliation, pricing and administration.

Skills and Experiences:

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment, managing high call volumes.
• Highly developed telephone communication skills when engaging with customers, stakeholders and staff, always maintaining a customer first approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• This office-based role requires you to work 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• The skill to multi-task and work effectively across various programs and platforms, simultaneously.
• A self-starter attitude with robust organizational skills, able to operate both independently and in a team environment.
