Job summary

Uneedit Supplies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Milperra team on a permanent part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, processing orders accurately and providing product and pricing information to support sales and service delivery.

The role is onsite, Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:00pm, offering training and the opportunity to build product knowledge within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Full Australian work rights.
• On-site role; Monday–Thursday 8:00–4:00.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, emails and web enquiries.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, entering orders and new accounts.
• Provide customers with product, pricing, availability and delivery information.
• Manage customer issues in a professional manner.
• Liaise with internal Sales, Warehouse, and Finance Teams.
• Maintain data records and execute end-to-end processes according to policy.

Uneedit Supplies has been supplying businesses across Australia with quality, cost effective first aid, safety, hygiene and janitorial products for over 90 years. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a quality customer service experience including logistics and aftermarket service.

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Team on a permanent part-time basis at our Milperra head office.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in building strong relationships, ensuring orders are processed accurately, and delivering solutions that create a positive customer experience.

Working closely with our Sales, Warehouse and Finance teams, you will contribute to the smooth delivery of products and services while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

This is an onsite role, working Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

You will have the opportunity to build strong product knowledge as training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, emails and web enquiries
• Preparing and following up on quotations, entering orders and new accounts
• Provide customers with product, pricing, availability and delivery information
• Management of customers issues, in a professional manner
• Liaising with internal Sales, Warehouse, and Finance Teams
• Accurate maintenance of data records and consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policy

• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills are essential
• Experience with Ariba, in a supplier role, will be an advantage
