Job summary

CBRE at Erina Fair Shopping Centre is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a permanent casual position. You will be the welcoming face at the Information Desk, supporting customers, tenants and centre operations, with weekend and Thursday late-night shifts as part of a flexible roster.

Hours are rostered and not guaranteed weekly; successful candidates must be available across weekends and varying weekday shifts.

• Experience in delivering frontline customer service in a busy retail or centre environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and support information desk operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers and creating great experiences? We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Erina Fair.

This is a permanent casual position. Hours are rostered based on operational requirements and are not guaranteed each week. To be successful in this role, you'll need genuine flexibility to work weekends, late night trading on Thursdays, and varying shifts throughout the week.

You’ll be the welcoming face of our Information Desk while supporting a range of centre operations that help keep the customer experience running smoothly.

The Opportunity

• Be the first point of contact at our Information Desk, assisting customers and tenants with enquiries, phone calls, and mail distribution.
• You must be available to work on the weekends. The centre also has late night on Thursdays that you must be flexible for.
• Ensure an efficient and productive Customer Service Desk environment e.g., equipment serviced and maintained, office supplies maintained, management of lost property, facilitate mobility hire, (wheelchairs, scooters and Kiddy cart hire) and gift card sales.
• Follow all risk and safety controls, including compliance and emergency management training as required
• Ability to multi-task within the mall and provide general front desk help for our busy mall.

• Previous customer service, retail or community-facing experience is advantageous
