Belgravia Leisure is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer to join Lakeside Leisure Centre, Raymond Terrace (NSW 2324). You will greet members, handle sales and bookings, and support Learn to Swim programs with a positive, service‑oriented approach.
The role emphasises customer experience and safety, with duties including opening/closing, POS operations, and promoting centre programs. Experience in leisure is desirable; checks (First Aid, CPR, Police, Working with Children) are required.

OurCustomer Service Officers are the heart of our business providing front of house services such as Reception, Merchandising and sales to our members, casual users and potential new members in accordance with our established operational routines and procedures. The role also involves supporting the Learn to Swim program and carnivals with some kiosk work as part of the role.
The primary responsibility of our Customer Service Officers is to deliver first class services to our customers ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
