Job summary

CBRE at Erina Fair Shopping Centre is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a permanent casual position. You will be the welcoming face at the Information Desk, supporting customers, tenants and centre operations, with weekend and Thursday late-night shifts as part of a flexible roster.

Hours are rostered and not guaranteed weekly; successful candidates must be available across weekends and varying weekday shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering frontline customer service in a busy retail or centre environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and support information desk operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact at the Information Desk for customers and tenants.
• Assist with enquiries, phone calls, mail distribution and general desk duties.
• Support centre operations, arrange mobility aids and process gift card sales as needed.
