Job summary

AMC Commercial Cleaning Pty Ltd in Queensland seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead client relations, supervise on-site teams and ensure service quality and safety. You will manage and train staff, plan inspections of periodic works, and coordinate flexible hours including after-hours tasks to meet targets.

A fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card or car allowance up to $15,000, plus tablet and phone are provided.

Job description

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong relationship and communications system with new and existing customers, franchisees and cleaners. The Customer Service Manager will also ensure that the cleaning services are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and the Quality Management System. You must have a full understanding of all policies, procedures, have a positive can-do attitude, be self-driven and be able to work autonomously. This role is also responsible for supervising and overseeing work on-site to ensure that all service, quality, productivity, and safety targets are met to company standards and client satisfaction.

The successful applicant will be:

· A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently

· A strong history in positive client relations and customer service

· A demonstrated ability to manage, train and retain staff successfully
