Job summary

Pharo Cleaning Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Cleaning Services Manager to oversee and coordinate the delivery of commercial and strata cleaning services across its client portfolio.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day cleaning operations, coordinate cleaning teams and service schedules, maintain service quality and safety standards, and ensure client requirements are met across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in management, business, hospitality, facilities, cleaning services or a related field; and/or substantial relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience supervising or managing cleaning, commercial services, facilities services or similar service operations.
• Strong staff supervision, rostering and operational coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of workplace health and safety and quality-control requirements.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites, competing priorities and operational issues.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and coordinate cleaning service operations across multiple client sites.
• Supervise cleaning teams and coordinate staff allocations, rosters and daily work schedules.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure cleaning standards, contractual requirements and client expectations are consistently achieved.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks and address operational or service issues as required.
• Liaise with clients regarding cleaning requirements, service schedules, feedback and changes to service arrangements.
• Coordinate the appropriate use and availability of cleaning equipment, products and supplies.
• Implement and monitor workplace health and safety procedures and safe cleaning practices.
• Assist with recruitment, induction, training and performance management of cleaning staff.
• Review operational requirements and allocate labour and resources efficiently across client sites.
• Maintain operational records, service documentation and reports relating to cleaning activities and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
