Integra Packaging is a well-regarded company in Ballarat seeking a customer‑facing sales support specialist. You will work with the sales team, answer client calls, and provide delivery estimates for products.

Responsibilities include preparing quotes, placing sales orders in the ERP system, coordinating with internal departments, and delivering excellent service while earning $25.00–$27.50 per hour, with superannuation, Monday to Friday.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or sales support.
• Familiar with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Answer client phone calls and emails and provide delivery estimates.
• Prepare quotes and place sales orders.
• Enter details into the ERP system and coordinate with internal departments to confirm sales and delivery.
