Job summary

Boral Limited is seeking a skilled Customer Service Centre Lead at our Perth site to guide a team of ten across order intake, scheduling and customer queries. You’ll steer daily allocations for WA operations, shaping service delivery and the culture behind it.

You’ll mentor staff, resolve issues, partner with production and build lasting customer relationships while ensuring timely dispatch of products. The role offers growth and a dynamic, values-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the Customer Service Centre team.
• Resolve customer queries and drive solutions to meet expectations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders including production to maximise service.
• Provide product information and help improve customer interactions by building long-term relationships.
• Assist with capturing orders and coordinating dispatch/timely delivery of products.
