Job summary

Aussie Broadband is hiring for a customer service role in our Gippsland-based call centre. You will work 8-hour shifts on a rotational roster between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

All team members are required to commit to 37.5 hours per week (full-time equivalent). An interest in the telco industry, basic IT curiosity, and warm, clear communication with a collaborative, empathetic approach are highly valued.

In this role, you will work 8-hour shifts in our call centre on a rotational roster between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
