PTC Phone Tech & Comm is recruiting for a full-time Customer Service, Sales & Device Technician in Kawana and Sunshine Plaza. You’ll create eye-catching displays, engage customers with personalized recommendations, and showcase strong sales skills to exceed targets.

About the role

Join us at PTC Kawana and Sunshine Plaza as a Full-TimeCustomer Service, Sales & Device Technician! Dive into an exciting retail environment where you'll:

• Create visually stunning product displays

For this particular role, we would prefer (but not essential) if you have device repair experience.

This role would suit someone…

• Eager to learn tech and device repairs
• Has a genuine interest in sales and retail and delivering great customer experiences
• Has leadership experience and a willingness to lead, support and motivate a team
• Is flexible with availability, including at least one weekend day and public holidays when required
• Is hands-on, proactive and keen to learn and grow within the business
• Has previous hands-on experience with phone or device repairs is highly regarded
