Job summary

PTC Phone Tech & Comm in Elizabeth, SA, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Sales and Device Technician to contribute to a busy repair shop. You will assist customers, support sales, and learn basic repairs in a dynamic retail setting.

IRP certification is preferred. You will diagnose devices, manage repair queues, and keep a clean, safe bench while growing your skills and contributing to a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales desirable.
• Ability to learn basic mobile device repairs.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.

About the role:

PTC are currently seeking a Part-Time team member who is dedicated and driven Customer Service Sales and Device Technician in our Elizabeth City Store!

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be familiar with working in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment. We will provide training in basic mobile device repairs so you must be willing to learn new skills and enjoy variety in a role. Not only will you be a key part of the team you will live for sales, delighting your customers every step of the way. Confident and willing to go the extra mile for your loyal and returning customers.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Available in store
• IRP Certified preferred
• Providing exceptional customer service and support at all times

• Ability to lift up to 25kg
