Dubbo Golf Club in Dubbo, NSW is seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Bar & Gaming Attendant to join our team and deliver exceptional service to members and guests.

This role spans bar, gaming and hospitality areas, requiring professional and efficient service, cash handling, and adherence to RSA/RCG rules. Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays are available for a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
• Current NSW RCG Competency Card.
• Ability to obtain a Police Check if required.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Serving beverages in accordance with RSA requirements.
• Operating gaming machines and TAB facilities.
• Handling cash, EFTPOS and gaming transactions accurately.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of bar and gaming areas.
• Assisting with venue promotions, events and daily operations.
• Ensuring compliance with club policies and responsible gambling practices.

About the Role

This position involves working across our bar, gaming and hospitality areas, ensuring patrons receive professional and efficient service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests
• Serving beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
• Operating gaming machines and TAB facilities
• Handling cash, EFTPOS and gaming transactions accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of bar and gaming areas
• Assisting with venue promotions, events and daily operations
• Ensuring compliance with club policies and responsible gambling practices

About You

The successful applicant will:

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Be reliable, punctual and well-presented
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Have previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)

Essential Requirements
