Job summary

Reece Group in NSW is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Retail Trade team at Parramatta. You’ll help plumbers and tradespeople access the products they need for residential, commercial and renovation projects.

A variety of rosters are available across Parramatta and Western Sydney, with roles in customer service, warehousing, delivery driving, or as an all‑rounder. No plumbing experience is required—we provide paid on‑the‑job training and self-paced modules.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and systems.
• Able to provide quotes in-person and over the phone.
• Hold a clean, valid driver’s licence; forklift licence ideal but not essential.

As part of the Trade Counter team, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for residential, commercial and renovation projects that keep NSW growing.

We have a mix of opportunities across the Parramatta/Central Western Sydney area including Full Time and Part Time rosters, working in customer service, warehousing, delivery driving, or as an all-rounder!

Parramatta, Lidcombe, Guildford, Villawood, Rydalmere, West Ryde, Castle Hill, Blacktown, Seven Hills, Pemulwuy, Wetherill Park

Tech‑savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.

Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
