Job summary

Reece Group in West Ryde is seeking a Branch Staff member to help plumbers and tradespeople access products for building and renovation projects and to support daily branch operations.

You will deliver excellent customer service, provide quotes, manage stock, and assist with deliveries while engaging in ongoing training and development within Australia’s leading plumbing supplier.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and helping customers
• Clean valid driver’s licence is required
• Forklift licence is ideal but not essential
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product information
• Obtain quotes in person and over the phone
• Perform pick packing and stock control activities
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming branch environment
• Make deliveries using a company vehicle

As part of the Branch Staff team at West Ryde, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.

• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives.

• Previous experience in customer service and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!
