Job description

Since 2016, The Landlord has been easing the renting process in Melbourne. We lease residential properties and shared accommodation, specifically designed to the needs and lifestyle of young renters. We offer the international community and local renters a clean, well-located, comfortable, and stylish place to live.

About the job position

We are seeking a highly communicative Customer Service Assistant. Your mission will be to assist our dear tenants and make sure our properties are well-maintained.

Working hours are expected to be Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. You will mostly be visiting properties in Melbourne CBD, Docklands, Southbank, South Melbourne, South Yarra, and St Kilda. Our office is located at Start Space, within the State Library of Victoria.

• Provide tenants with 5-star customer service on social media, email and phone calls.
• Book and conduct inspections to assess property conditions and identify repairs needed.
• Book and coordinate repairs with third parties
• Engage with our community on social media

The ideal candidate is energetic and a natural communicator. Ideally, the candidate is multilingual and enjoys meeting people from various cultures. The perfect candidate will also help us maximize our potential on social media. We are looking for someone hardworking and committed to providing a 5-star experience to our tenants and community members. The ideal candidate must prioritize quality and tenant wellbeing!

Salary & benefits

The part-time position offers an annual wage of AUD $31,200 + superannuation in line with national requirements. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
