Job summary

Allan Hall Business Advisors – Brendale QLD is seeking a customer-focused individual to join the CDA Brendale branch. You will handle in-branch and phone inquiries, quote preparation, order processing and relationship-building with regular customers.

The role blends customer service, sales and administration, with emphasis on accurate processing and friendly, practical product guidance for customers in a busy branch setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service background with clear communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in sales, order processing or administration is preferred.
• Willingness to learn technical products and provide product advice.

You could already be working in internal sales or the trade industry, or you might come from an experienced retail, shopfloor or customer service background and be ready for your next step.

This is a varied role combining customer service, sales and administration. You’ll help customers find the right products, prepare quotes, process orders and build long-term relationships with our regulars.

About You

Previous industrial experience would be great, but it isn’t essential. We’re open to someone with a retail, customer service, internal sales or trade background who is ready to learn and take on more responsibility.

You’ll need:

• Experience in customer service, retail, sales or a trade
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence dealing with customers in person and over the phone
• A practical approach and willingness to learn technical products
• A current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
• An MR licence would be advantageous, but isn’t essential
