Tradelink Brendale is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily branch operations, lead from the front, and drive a high-performing team.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will oversee sales, service, inventory, and people development, coaching the team and stepping in as needed. This is a fantastic step up for someone ready to grow their leadership career with Australia’s trusted trade business.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience within retail, trade, wholesale, or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Industry knowledge in plumbing, trade distribution, or a related sector (highly regarded).
• A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available).
