Wymap Group in Banksmeadow is seeking a Customer Service / Allocator Agent for the AM shift (Tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 am – 12:00 pm). The role combines customer service with active transport allocation duties to support daily delivery requirements.

You will coordinate drivers and vehicles, respond to changing operational needs, and maintain strong communication across drivers, warehouse teams and customers to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in customer service, transport allocation or logistics coordination or administration.
• Experience coordinating drivers, vehicles or transport operations is highly regarded.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transport systems.
• Knowledge of CoR, HVNL and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily driver and vehicle allocations based on operational requirements.
• Manage delivery schedules and adjust for delays, urgent bookings and changing priorities.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, leaders and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries with accurate delivery updates and ETAs.
• Monitor driver hours, fatigue and breaks in line with NHVR and CoR requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support compliance and reporting activities in line with WHS, CoR and company requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive team environment.

Customer Service / Allocator Agent AM Shift

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service / Allocator Agent to join our high-performing team in Banksmeadow.

This full-time, on-site position combines customer service and operational allocation responsibilities, offering variety, challenge and the opportunity to make a real impact every day.

About the Role

As a key member of our operations and customer service team, you’ll coordinate driver and vehicle allocations, manage daily delivery requirements and ensure smooth communication between drivers, warehouse teams and customers.

You’ll respond to changing operational requirements throughout the day, including delays, urgent bookings and customer requests, while ensuring drivers and resources are allocated effectively.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities will be essential.

You’ll also be an important point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping ensure operations run efficiently and customers receive a high level of service.

The available shift for this position is Tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily driver and vehicle allocations based on operational requirements
• Manage delivery schedules and make real-time adjustments for delays, urgent bookings and changing prioritiesCommunicate with drivers, warehouse teams, operational leaders and customers to ensure smooth service delivery
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate updates on deliveries and ETAs
• Monitor driver hours, fatigue and breaks in line with NHVR, HVNL and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
• Monitor operational performance and assist with identifying service or delivery issues
• Support compliance and reporting activities in line with WHS, CoR and company requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive, team-focused working environment

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in customer service, transport allocation, logistics coordination or administration, preferably within transport, logistics or aviation
• Previous experience coordinating drivers, vehicles or transport operations highly regarded
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
• Proficiency with transport/logistics systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of CoR, HVNL and WHS requirements
• Eligibility to obtain a Federal Police Check and ASIC
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and team-first mindset

Highly Regarded:

• Certificate III (or higher) in Transport & Logistics.
• Chain of Responsibility and/or Dangerous Goods awareness training.
• RACA or AACA accreditation.
