As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving enquiries, and driving satisfaction for our customers across Australia.

• Proven experience in a customer service role dealing with both internal and external customers
• Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and clear phone presence
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic workloads efficiently
