PERGOLUX is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Australia to own the day-to-day flow of orders, from processing to freight booking, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will drive improvements as demand grows and have a clear path to full ownership of the operation.

This hands-on role offers growth into Warehouse Manager with a focus on scalable processes, while working from our Ingleburn, NSW location and enjoying modern equipment and team support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or order processing environment.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to catch labeling or stock errors before they reach the customer.
• Confidence using ERP/WMS tools, handheld scanners, and tablets to keep inventory data accurate.
• “No task is too small” attitude, hands-on today while building better systems for tomorrow.
• Ambition to grow from coordinator to Warehouse Manager as the operation scales.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately from start to finish, ensuring every detail is correct before dispatch.
• Book freight with carriers and coordinate delivery schedules for on-time delivery.
• Print, check, and manage order documentation and labels to keep the paper trail clean.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure system matches physical stock.
• Spot bottlenecks and suggest improvements to warehouse workflow as order volume grows.

Job description

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day flow of orders through our AUS operation, from processing incoming orders to booking freight and printing the paperwork that keeps deliveries moving. You'll be the person who makes sure every order is handled accurately and on time, and you'll have real ownership over how our warehouse runs as demand across the Australian market grows. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to grow into full ownership of the operation.

At PERGOLUX, we design and sell quality outdoor living products that combine modern design with real durability. We're a fast-growing, Scandinavian-inspired company of around 300 people generating 9-figure revenue across eight markets, and Australia is one of our most important growth markets.

What You'll Do

• Process customer orders accurately from start to finish, making sure every detail is correct before dispatch.

Compensation — Competitive salary · Superannuation (12%), paid on top of your base salary
