Pergolux is seeking a Professional Customer Support agent with casual hours to deliver exceptional service across multiple channels, resolve enquiries, and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role supports a premium outdoor-living brand known for Scandinavian-inspired pergolas and accessories.

You’ll handle inquiries with empathy, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
