We are seeking a highly organised, professional, & customer-focused individual to join our Gold Coast team in our recently opened, state-of-the-art facility within the Health & Knowledge Precinct, Southport.
This is a 12-month Parental Leave contract (or until the employee returns from parental leave) offering an opportunity to become part of a specialist healthcare team where your contribution genuinely impacts the lives of others.
This is much more than a customer service & administrative role. As one of the key points of contact within the clinic, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for clients from their first interaction with SPAO. You will work closely with clinicians, funding bodies, suppliers, & clients while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy healthcare practice.

Manage front-of-house reception & administrative functions within a busy prosthetic & orthotic clinic.
Deliver a welcoming, professional & compassionate experience for clients & visitors.
Manage incoming & outgoing calls in a timely, professional & customer-focused manner.
Liaise with clients, clinicians, funding bodies, suppliers, & other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate client records & data within ERP systems, including reporting as required.
Support clinicians with funding approvals, sales administration, & customer service activities.
Coordinate the receipt & dispatch of goods, mail, stock, & documentation.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, & integrity of client information at all times.
Assist with inventory, reporting, general administration, & day-to-day operational activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across SPAO clinics when required.
Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, customer service, medical reception, or practice support.
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
High attention to detail & accuracy.
A professional, compassionate & customer-focused attitude.
Experience in healthcare, allied health, disability services, rehabilitation, or medical administration.
Knowledge of the NDIS & associated funding processes.
Experience using SAP Business One or similar ERP systems.
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (or similar).
Experience supporting inventory, accounts, or operational processes.
