Great with people? Organised, dependable and someone who follows things through? We’d like to meet you.

Off Grid Outfitters is looking for a capable Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join our team at our Campbelltown showroom.

You’ll be a welcoming first point of contact for customers and help keep the details behind their purchase, delivery and ongoing support organised. From answering an enquiry to chasing an update or coordinating a booking, your work will help customers feel informed and looked after.

This is a varied, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in accurate administration and can keep several things moving at once.

About Off Grid Outfitters

We specialise in premium off‑road caravans and campers, helping customers choose and prepare the right setup for their adventures.

Our Campbelltown headquarters brings sales, workshop and customer support together under one roof. We’re a close team that takes our work seriously, enjoys a bit of banter and backs each other when things get busy.

Our purpose is to raise the standard of customer experience through trust, expertise and genuine care. That depends as much on clear communication and reliable follow‑up as it does on the products we sell.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with our Customer Service Manager, sales team and technical team, you’ll help customers and colleagues stay informed, organised and on track.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers: answering incoming calls, responding to enquiries and greeting showroom visitors.

  • Supporting customer orders: preparing documentation, updating records and helping coordinate the steps between purchase and handover.

  • Keeping customers informed: following up production and delivery updates with manufacturers and communicating progress clearly.

  • Coordinating service and warranty administration: organising bookings, gathering information, maintaining records and following up claims, parts and repair progress.

  • Keeping tasks moving: monitoring outstanding items, chasing responses and raising delays or concerns with the appropriate team member.

  • Supporting the showroom: assisting with stock records and keeping display vans and customer areas clean, organised and ready for viewing.

  • Improving how we work: spotting gaps and suggesting practical ways to make administration and customer communication better.

You don’t need to be a caravan technician. You do need to know when to ask questions, involve the right person and make sure a customer’s enquiry doesn’t get lost along the way.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring experience in administration, customer service or a coordination role, along with:

  • A friendly, professional manner and confidence speaking with customers.

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.

  • Clear written communication and accurate record keeping.

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.

  • Confidence using CRM systems, spreadsheets and business software.

  • Initiative, sound judgement and a willingness to help your teammates.

  • A calm, practical approach when plans change or customers need support.

Experience in caravans, automotive, service administration or a trade‑related business would be helpful, but isn’t essential.

Why join us?

You’ll have a varied role where your contribution is visible, work closely with an experienced team and learn about an industry built around travel and adventure.

As your knowledge and capability grow, there is room to take on greater responsibility and contribute to how we improve our business.

  • We Get It Done: take responsibility and follow through.

  • No Half Measures: take pride in doing things properly.
