You will handle inquiries and orders by phone and email, process orders/returns, assist with quotes, and maintain detailed records for emergency services contracts.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone and email.
• Process orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support the sales team with timely and accurate quotes.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for key emergency services contracts.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business.
