Job summary

Synergy Placements is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional for a Bells Creek-based manufacturing client on the Sunshine Coast. In this on-site role you will answer customer queries by phone and email, process orders from multiple channels, manage back orders and collaborate closely with warehouse, production and sales teams.

You should have prior experience in a similar manufacturing role, learn new processes quickly and be eager to grow with a company that rewards initiative
