• Be an Empathetic Problem Solver: Listen to customer concerns, offering thoughtful, reassuring, and effective solutions that give them true peace of mind.

• Collaborate & Build Connections: Work closely with a supportive network, including service technicians, parts specialists, and logistics teams to ensure every customer feels fully supported.

• Empowered Decision-Making: Use your judgment and intuition to make fair, quick, and thoughtful decisions on the spot for our customers.

• Continuous Learning: Participate in uplifting team training sessions to continually expand your product knowledge and refine your customer care skills.

Who You Are

• You excel at building instant rapport, and bringing a gentle, reassuring tone to every conversation.

• You take pride in maintaining accurate customer records and following through on every promise.

• You handle changing priorities with ease while maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude.

• You bring a background in customer service, retail, contact centres, or SAP/CRM systems

• Work Rights: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (unlimited full-time work rights required).
