You will engage customers, manage loan maintenance tasks, and coordinate referrals to Home Lending and Business Banking while building lasting relationships.

Learn lending fundamentals with structured training and develop toward a Lending Specialist role, supported by coaching and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• You’re a confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Exposure to consumer lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversations to uncover goals and match them with banking solutions.
• Manage loan maintenance requests (top-ups, pricing adjustments, variations) to ensure a smooth experience.
• Identify referral opportunities to specialist teams and book appointments to deepen relationships.
• Coach Customer Service Officers on quality conversations and service excellence.
• Promote digital banking tools and support customers in managing finances online.
