Job summary

BOQ Group in Noosa is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to welcome customers and understand their financial goals. You will partner with the Branch Manager and team to deliver tailored banking solutions, manage loan maintenance, and refer customers to Home Lending and Business Banking where appropriate.

The role focuses on proactive relationship building, regular contact with customers, and coaching peers to achieve service excellence while championing digital banking tools.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services.
Exposure to consumer lending is a plus.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a can-do attitude.
Attention to detail and ability to navigate financial systems.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and identify financial needs.
Advise on banking solutions and manage lending referrals.
Handle loan maintenance tasks like top-ups and variations.
Coach team members on quality conversations and service excellence.
Promote digital banking tools to customers.
Build and nurture customer relationships and book appointments.
