BOQ Group in Cleveland is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to warmly welcome customers and help identify financial needs, working with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll build relationships, guide customers through lending and banking solutions, handle loan maintenance, refer to specialists, coach others, and champion digital tools, with a clear path toward Lending Specialist.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, banking or financial services preferred.
• Exposure to consumer lending is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to uncover goals and match banking solutions.
• Manage loan maintenance requests (top-ups, pricing adjustments, variations) for a smooth customer experience.
• Identify referral opportunities to Home Lending and Business Banking teams for comprehensive support.
• Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers, manage leads, and book appointments to deepen relationships.
