BOQ Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist at The Gap to welcome customers, understand their financial goals, and connect them with suitable banking solutions. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional service and drive retention through proactive engagement.

In this role, you will support lending pathways, coach junior staff on quality conversations, and promote digital banking tools to empower customers in managing their finances online.

Competenze

• Confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping people (About You).
• Experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Exposure to consumer lending is a plus.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to navigate financial systems with ease.

Mansioni

• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to uncover goals and match with banking solutions.
• Identify and respond to customers’ financial needs and provide exceptional service.
• Manage loan maintenance requests (top-ups, pricing adjustments, variations) for a smooth experience.
• Identify opportunities for referrals to specialist teams (Home Lending, Business Banking).
• Maintain regular contact with customers, manage leads, and book appointments to deepen relationships.
