Job summary

Audeara Brisbane is seeking an entry-level Customer Support Advisor to assist customers and audiology clinics with product enquiries by phone and email. You will guide users through basic product setup and troubleshooting with a friendly, patient and professional approach.

You'll also help with remote assistance, follow-ups and general support tasks after comprehensive training. No prior technical experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and audiology clinics with product enquiries by phone and email.
• Guide customers through basic product setup and troubleshooting in a friendly, patient and professional manner.
• Provide remote assistance and follow up with customers as required.
• Inspect, assess and test Audeara products.
• Perform basic product repairs following training and established procedures.
• Test products to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Assist the Customer Support team with daily enquiries, support tickets and follow-ups.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and helpful support.
• Assist with other general customer support and operational tasks.
